Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPN29 handles data across its website, user panel, and network acceleration services. Account details, billing records, and website analytics serve different purposes and are separate from the content users access through international routes.
Account and Order Information
Creating an account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. VPN29 processes usernames, password verification data, and account status for authentication, access control, and account maintenance. An email address is not required. When submitting a support ticket, provide only the information needed to investigate the issue. Do not include your password or a full subscription link.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund processing records. They are used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile payments, and resolve disputes. Data usage and allowances are used for billing and account display and do not include a list of websites visited. Text and attachments submitted voluntarily in a support ticket are used to handle the related request.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPN29 follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through acceleration routes, retain browsing content or DNS query history, or create access records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
Operating the service requires real-time processing of connection status and traffic usage. Session data is used only to maintain the current connection and is not retained as a connection history. Once a session ends, no connection logs linked to an account are kept. Aggregated data used to assess service operation is not used to reconstruct individual browsing activity.
If troubleshooting is needed, users should provide the necessary error details. First, redact subscription credentials, sensitive payment details, and personal information unrelated to the issue.
Usage Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and feature clicks so we can identify broken links and improve pages. Analytics for the marketing website are not acceleration-route logs and are not used to record other websites users visit after connecting.
Cookies or local storage may be used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Login credentials are sensitive information; avoid keeping a session on a shared device. You can clear this data in your browser. After doing so, you may need to log in again or reselect your preferences.
If your browser restricts storage, some account features may not work properly. Clearing browser data affects only the current device and does not also delete account or order records on the server.
Payments and Data Recipients
Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, whose pages or transaction processes may handle payment information under their own rules. VPN29 receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify an order. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
VPN29 does not sell account information. Data is used and shared only as needed to provide the service, process payments and refunds, meet applicable legal obligations, or handle necessary security incidents. Information shared with relevant recipients is limited to what is needed for the specific purpose.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while account services are provided. Support ticket data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Order and refund records may need to be retained for payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements. VPN29 does not set a single retention period for all data. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no basis for continued retention, the data should be deleted or de-identified.
To access or correct your information, or request account deletion, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the information involved. We may need to verify control of the account before processing the request. Records that must be retained by law are not deleted as part of an account deletion request; any such restrictions will be explained when the request is handled.
Policy Updates and Scope
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where consent is required, it will be handled separately in accordance with applicable requirements.
Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies. See our Terms of Service for service use and refund rules. If you have questions about this policy or data processing, submit a support ticket through the user panel.
